Frequently asked questions

How often should I get my windows cleaned?

There really is no right or wrong answer! Each of our clients have different preferences and we cater our services to your needs. We recommend cleaning your windows at least once a year for easy maintenance, however, most of our clients have us out every six months.

Is your company insured?

Yes! Although we use the utmost caution while working in and around your home or business, we do have insurance for your peace of mind. We are covered for up to $1 Million in General liability insurance, per occurrence for any property or bodily damage.

How do you clean the exterior windows?

We use a deionized purification system (same technology used at a spot free car wash!), with a water fed pole system. Using a commercial grade glass safe nylon brush, we scrub the frames, glass panes, and sills on the exterior of the windows. Then, using the purified water we rinse everything down to leave a spot free finish!

Do you clean the window screens?

Yes! All of our window cleaning packages include screen cleaning. We carefully remove the screens, scrub them with soap and water in our screen cleaner, and rinse them clean!

Do you clean the tracks of the windows?

Yes we do! Our premium window cleaning package includes track cleaning for all windows and sliding doors. This is a standard cleaning that includes brushing and wiping down each track. There may be additional charges for tracks that require extensive detailing, vacuuming or removal of window panes.

How often should I clean my solar panels?

Many solar panel warranties recommend cleaning every six months, however, most of our clients opt to clean them annually.
